PetroView®: Modules
Extending functionality
PetroView has been designed with flexibility in mind and a number of additional modules are available that appeal to a wide range of oil and gas professionals:
Prospect and Play Module: a customisable database framework and GIS tools for the management of prospect inventories and business development opportunities.
Deals and Historic Licensing Module: an in-depth account of company ownership, licence transactions and other asset related deals in North West Europe dating back to the 1960s.
Well Trading Module: offers sophisticated tools for the management of trade-related data and an effective mechanism for analysing and visualising this data in a geographic context.
Field Reports Module: a detailed PDF report for every commercially significant North Sea field. Each report can be configured so that it opens when the corresponding asset is selected in the PetroView map.
Spatial Block History Module: companies can query and visualise historic licence and company data within PetroView. An archive of historic block data for each region can be used with the company interest tool to view company portfolios at a given month and year in the past.
Field and Licence Notes Module: is available for the Asia Pacific, Indonesia and South Asia PetroView datasets (with Sub-Saharan Africa coming soon). The information has been built up by our industry experts over many years, delivering a greater level of detail about individual fields and licences.
Seismic Module (coming soon): designed to expand on the PetroView seismic tools. Batch import tools, import of measured polylines and improved labelling tools are just some of the suggestions for a new suite of tools for professionals working in the seismic planning and seismic sales businesses.
