Upstream Petroleum Report: Indonesia
January 2010 release
It gives us great pleasure to announce the official release of the 2010 edition of the Indonesia Upstream Petroleum Report (UPR). Subscription clients will receive copies of this report through internet download, with access to rolling updates throughout the year via web delivery.
The Indonesia UPR is a six volume publication which provides users with comprehensive data and discounted cash flow analyses/economics for all significant producing assets and upstream projects currently under development in Indonesia. The report gives a detailed understanding of company interests, licensing, drilling, reserves, production, gas sales agreements, exploration & development activity and fiscal terms in Indonesia.
The Indonesia UPR also includes a complimentary Fiscal & Regulatory Guide for Indonesia which provides a comprehensive overview of the fiscal, legal and contractual arrangements governing upstream activities in Indonesia. These guides are separately available to purchase for countries worldwide.

What is new in the 2010 UPR?
- First Tranch Petroleum (FTP), Domestic Market Obligation (DMO) and Production Sharing Contract (PSC) extension calculations have been further refined in our Indonesia PetroScope economic model, increasing the accuracy of our tax computations and economic indicators.
- All new gas sales agreements (GSAs) and GSA extensions are accounted for in the fully updated cash-flow analyses for 63 PSCs and 11 TACs.
- Full listings of exploration/appraisal and licensing up to the start of 2010 are included.
- Updated oil prices, inflation streams and LNG price assumptions are applied in the economic analysis.
