Recent review of North Sea activities

This month, Rhydian Williams (manager of our NW Europe team) reviews North Sea activity for Scandinavian Oil & Gas magazine. A growing number of entrants and smaller independents are looking to gain access to the North Sea, through farm-in opportunities and strategic alliances on drilling programmes. Government licensing round initiatives have proved highly successful at attracting interest in the region.

New and updated maps

We are pleased to present our new North Asia wall map, which follows the recent release of PetroView North Asia. In addition to this map, we have updated the following maps: South America, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. A new version of the Africa pocket map has also been updated.

These maps form part of our popular series of wall and pocket maps, which are available for you to download and print from our website at no cost.

2008 PetroView training courses

Dates for the 2008 PetroView training courses have now been published on our website.

Regular PetroView training courses are held at our offices and at client sites. Introductory and advanced training courses are available for both MapInfo and ArcGIS versions of PetroView. Please note, our courses can also be tailored to suit your requirements.
