Course objectives

- identifying the principal technical and commercial features of
the natural gas value chain, including transportation and storage.
- appreciating the importance of the main terms and conditions of
gas sales contracts.
- identifying and understanding the drivers of different natural
gas markets.
- understanding the fundamentals of the LNG business.
- distinguishing between different petroleum fiscal regimes across
the world and their implications on value creation.
- recognising the principal objectives of mid and downstream regulation of gas, the implications of industry structure and the constraints and opportunities for industry players.
